Good Form Piercing & Tattoos is centrally located on Vancouver Island. We are a full service custom tattoo shop & piercing studio.

To better serve our piercing clients we carry the largest selection of high quality body jewelry in Western Canada. Our body jewelry can also be shipped worldwide. As the flagship store for Alchemy Adornment, we carry many of their pieces. All body jewelry is high polish and made from implant grade titanium or dental grade 14kt gold.
